TV Removal Around Town Center
Virginia Beach’s bulky pickup won’t take a computer tower, and the city’s free electronics drop-off means loading it into your own car. Around Town Center, where so many people rent, that usually happens on move-out day. We’ll collect it from the apartment instead: a 42–65″ TV is $68, a tower $62.
The City’s Downtown
Virginia Beach Town Center is the city’s central business district, with offices, hotels and shops. The 23462 ZIP around it — Pembroke, Aragona Village and the Newtown Road apartments — has 66,151 residents.
Only about 54% of homes are owner-occupied, and the typical building dates to 1983. It’s the densest rental belt in the city.
